TRIPLE INSULATED LAYERS WIRE ENAMELED COPPER WIRE
We may be the only one supplier who can provide class F/155 triple
insulated wire which size starts from 0.15mm. At this level, our
quality is better than Furukawa that was tested by some transofmer
manuafactures whom used triple insulated wire from Furukawa.Unlike
enameled wires, 3 layers of insulation of patented design are
extruded over the copper conductor. IEC60950 requires some
Reinforced Insulation between the primary and secondary coils. Thus
enamelled wire transformers can never omit the insulation tape or
barrier tape: enamel coatings give poor electric insulation. In
contrast, TIW can form primary and secondary coils without a need
of barrier tape or interlayer tape in-between. Each TIW wire is
equipped with a three-fold insulation around the conductor, which
has been authorized as Reinforced Insulation. As a result, the
creepage distance can never be limited and no insulation barrier is
needed, when specifying distances between termination pins and
coils.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS:
Consist of three layers of insulation. Completely isolate the primary winding from the secondary winding of transformers.
Greatly reduce the size and weight of transformers.
Greatly improve the efficiency of the transformer by reducing the distance between coils.
Allow to wind directly on the top of enameled wires. Eliminate the interleaved insulation tapes, barriers and insulating sleeves.
Solderable without the need of insulation pre-stripping
