Equipment Structure

The Double Roller Crusher is mainly composed of crushing assembly and power assembly. Among them, the core component of the crushing assembly is a pair of crushing rollers. The crushing roller adopts the patent tooth type eagle claw teeth, which greatly improves the crushing output and modifies the aggregate to the greatest extent. The other part is the powertrain, which is composed of motor, reducer, hydraulic coupler and so on. The two parts are linked by double-sided V-belts, and the soft linkage method with the highest safety factor is adopted to reduce potential safety hazards.

The Double Roller Crusher is suitable for coal, electric power, environmental protection, chemical industry, cement and other industries, and crushes brittle blocky materials whose compressive strength does not exceed 125-175MPa.
