6kw Natural Gas Generator Sets 4-Cylinder Water Cooled Portable Genset with Standard

The control panel is installed with Zongzhi controller and Delixi manual switch, and the unit control system can start and stop the unit by manual way and remote control way.
1 Operation functions:
start/stop, power switch, idle speed rated switch, emergency stop switch.
2 Display functions:
voltage, current, frequency, kVA, kW, kVAR, kWh, kVAh, kVARh, power factor PF, speed, oil pressure, cooling water temperature, unit running time, battery voltage, etc.
3 Protection functions:
(1) Short-circuit protection: The circuit breaker of the unit has the function of short-circuit protection, and when a short-circuit occurs at the end of the output cable of the unit, the protection measures should be able to act quickly and reliably, and the unit is not damaged, and the short-circuit includes single-phase, two-phase and three-phase short-circuit.
(2) Over-speed: the alarm shall be triggered when the speed of the unit exceeds 110% of the rated speed, and the alarm shall be triggered when the speed exceeds 115% of the rated speed.
(3) Under speed: alarm stops when the unit speed is lower than 80%; (4) Low oil pressure: alarm stops when the engine oil pressure is lower than 0.12MPa, and alarm stops when it is lower than 0.08MPa
(5) High water temperature: When the engine water temperature exceeds 95+2ºC, the alarm will stop; when the engine water temperature exceeds 98+2ºC, the alarm will stop.
6)Over-voltage: When the voltage of the unit exceeds 120% of the rated voltage, the alarm will stop.
(7) Undervoltage: when the unit voltage is lower than 80% of the rated voltage, the alarm will stop.
(8) Over-current: When the unit current exceeds 115% of the rated current, the alarm will stop.
(9) Overload: When the power of the unit exceeds 115% of the rated power, the alarm will stop.
(10) Overfrequency: when the unit frequency is higher than 110% of the rated frequency, the unit will be shut down with an alarm.
(11) Under-frequency: when the unit frequency is lower than 94% of the rated frequency, the unit alarm will stop.
(12) When the unit is out of phase, the unit alarm stops.
(13) low battery voltage: when the battery voltage is lower than 19V, the unit will alarm.

The generator set consists of an engine, a three-phase AC brushless synchronous generator, a control panel, and a common chassis. The engine flywheel and generator drive end are connected by disc coupling and mounted on the common chassis through shock absorber; the control panel is directly mounted on the common chassis, and the whole set is a one-piece structure, which is easy for users to install, use and maintain. The air inlet pressure of the unit is 2-3kPa, and the regulator can be matched according to the actual pressure of the customer.

The natural gas engine is equipped with advanced gas control system, including ECU, electronic throttle, mixer, ignition module, high voltage wire, spark plug, signal generator, oxygen sensor, etc. The ECU monitors the engine water temperature, oxygen sensor and other data, and gives feedback on the engine working condition, which makes the engine work more reliably. Gas control Adopt proportional mixer and thin combustion technology to ensure good economy and environmental performance of the unit.
