A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Free sample is available with freight collect or prepaid.

Q2. How long is the delivery date?
A: We can deliver the goods within 15 days after placing the order.

A: Different styles and different MOQ, but most of them are 2 pallets.

Q4. How do you ship the goods ?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q6. What if the tiles are broken during transition?
A: All our products are insurance, our after sales will sort our the reasons and will sure you'll be properly compensated.

Q7: What’s your payment terms?
A: Our payment terms are T/T, L/C , PayPal, 30% of total value as deposit to make to order. 70% balance should be paid before the delivery.
