20ml PE Bottle Animal Vaccine Filling Plugging And Capping Line CE Certification

The Animal Vaccine Filling Production Line/Equipment has progressed to the third generation, since PERWIN Packing Machinery Co., Ltd. developed the first generation of such production line in 2005. It is suitable for various specifications of animal vaccine production.

The Components of Production Line:

* Customized contents of production line according to user requirements;
* Providing the cleaning in Place (CIP) and sterilization in Place (SIP) technology and products for production line, according to the user’s requirements;
Technical Features:
1. According to user’s requirements and the bottle features, the bottle feeding at the front end of the equipment can adopt different scheme.
2. Adopting ceramic plunger type cylinder or based on the user’s requirements for precision filling, the filling accuracy is ±0.5~1%.
3. The function of alarm and stop when filling needles deviate from bottle neck.
4. The unique inlet and outlet check valve and the precision machining to ensure not dropping when filling.
5. The manipulator driven by the precision cam can precisely crab the inner cork and tamponade stably and reliably without mistake.
6. The machine can accurately complete each mechanical motion cycle, such as crabbing lid, capping, and others, the whole process in unison, stably and reliably.
7. The automatic capping adopt three-blade style capping cutter, which have balance force, to keep the aluminum lid shut dense and beautiful.
8. The unique designing of bottle feeding screw overload protection mechanism can automatically stop the machine when the bottle stuck or overload occur, as it enter into the screw rod and astrolabe, to avoid damage of machine or harm of personnel.
9. Have the function of online automatic removing when no lid & no plug (Optional by customer).
10. The whole production line of intelligent control has the function of chain control for upstream and downstream working equipment.
11. The hundred grade laminar flow air filtration system can be optionally configured.
12. The surface of main parts of the whole production line is made of SUS 304 stainless steel, hardness of anodized aluminum alloy, non-toxic polymeric materials, etc. the whole production line comply with GMP requests.
