3-layer Courier Film Blowing Machine is a simplified machine based on our top 3-layer Co-Extrusion Machine with Top Rotation + IBC (internal bubble cooling) and more. And therefore most special requirements are available at request.

We also have a ready machine working in the workshop.

Most popular model is R(45+45+65) x 1200 for valid folded width of 1,000 mm x (0.02 - 0.20) mm. There is not top rotation, no IBC, no winding LPC. However central winder station gives inline slitting devices and automatic tension control because of a motor + tension controller.

  If 100% recycled LDPE resin, our foam can give you equal foam mini cell, better hardness, good smoothness, good rebound performance.  Also easy for good bonding.
