Is Dye Sublimation Printing Good?
Dye sublimation printing excels in fine lines and details and is arguably one of the best methods for all-around printing. The low cost of setup makes it ideal for low-volume printing, and the prints are nearly permanent and almost unmatched.

What kind of transfer does this produce?
The transfers created by this system are full-color digital transfers that do not require cutting or weeding and can be applied to virtually any material.

What can these transfers apply to? Is it just a T-shirt?
These transfers can be applied to almost anything that can only withstand the heat of 220F. This very low coating temperature is suitable not only for common transfer boards such as cotton and polyester, but also for materials such as nylon, leather, neoprene and non-woven polypropylene, which are susceptible to high temperature damage. There are thousands of clothing styles and materials, and new ones are constantly being created.

Do you need a heat press or can you use an iron?
This process requires a high quality heat press to ensure accurate time, temperature and digital pressure settings. Some heat presses rely on a manual pressure setting knob. This can result in non-uniform pressure and incorrect pressure on the transfer press, resulting in poor adhesion to the material and poor detergency.
