Product Description
The working principle of tuning fork switch is to make the tuning fork vibrate at a certain resonant frequency through a pair of piezoelectric crystals installed on the tuning fork base. When the tuning fork of the tuning fork level switch contacts the measured medium, the frequency and amplitude of the tuning fork will change. These changes of the tuning fork level switch are detected, processed and converted into a switching signal by the intelligent circuit.

Working Principle
Vacorda vibrating tuning fork level switch is a new type of level
switch. It is designed and manufactured using the principle of
tuning fork vibration. It is the base of the induction rod of the
tuning fork level switch. The tuning fork is driven by the
piezoelectric wafer, and the vibration signal is received by
another piezoelectric wafer, so that the vibration signal can be
circulated and the induction rod resonates. When the material
contacts the sensor bar, the vibration signal gradually becomes
smaller, and the control circuit outputs an electrical acceptance
signal until the resonance stops.
