2.2 Bobbin: 500mm, 630mm, 710mm DIN 46397 Standard / Modified.
2.3 It can estimate the breakage signal of any bobbin in each stranding cage accurately by using the digital quantity scanning, and the breakage position can be shown on the touching screen.
2.4 In Power failure situation, the machine comes to a controlled stop by emergency braking system, enabling the bobbin is held by spring pressure with a secondary positive lock. The release of bobbin is by externally plugged pneumatic compressed Air.

2.5 Constant Bobbin back tension achieved by Electronic pneumatic valve & Single bobbin rotation is electronically sensed for maintaining consistent tension by positive motor control system or passive mechanical equipment.
