Battery Combustion Jet Test Equipment By IEC60086-4 UL1642 UL 2054

I.Product introduction
The battery combustion jet test equipment is mainly used to test the flame resistance of the battery.
The principle is to place the battery on a flame resistant and high temperature resistant mesh screen (the mesh screen has 20 holes every 25.4mm, and the diameter of the steel wire is 0.43mm), and then light the burner below it (38.1mm above the top of the burner). At the same time, observe the battery combustion until the battery explodes or burns down, and time the combustion process.

1. Burner: inner diameter of pipe orifice is 0.375 inch (9.5 mm) and length is about 100 mm;
2. Bunsen burner can adjust the burning angle of 0-45-90 degrees and is equipped with corresponding angle indicator;
3. Flame application time: 0~99.9 seconds ± 0.1 seconds;
4. Flame height: 10~75 ± 2mm (adjustable);
5. Ignition device: automatic ignition;
6. Width of test cover: 610mm X depth 355mm, octagonal (use double-layer mesh holder to realize rapid replacement of aluminum mesh
7. Height of test cover: 305mm;
8. Test aluminum mesh diameter: 0.010 inch (0.25mm) 16 mesh × 16 mesh;
9. Surface diameter of test round hole: 102mm.
