Driving assembly:House is made of grey cast iron HT200, and crank
shaft, connecting rod, and gears are made of ductile cast iron.
Plunger:High hardness stainless alloy(PH-type)
Check valve:High hardness stainless alloy (GrMoFr),

Pump block: SUS321.
Sealing: packing seal, with heat-proof reaching 100℃

The working method of SAMRO homogenizer as following, when product
is flowing through the adjustable valve, the particles or droplets
present in mixed fluids with high pressure will be subdivided into
the very smallest sizes (diameter Φ=0.1~0.2 um, average Φ ≤1um)
because of pressure decrease, expansion, explosion, cutting and
high-speed impacting etc., then the emulsions or dispersions could
be produced. This process refers to the following Fig.
Through homogenizing the stability, easy-absorb, long-life, taste
and color etc. of product could be realized.
Types of homogenizer:
- Manual operating Homogenizer
Two-stage homogenizing system with manual pressure adjustment is
easy to use. It is your economic choice.
- Hydraulic operating Homogenizer
The hydraulic control system is developed to adjust the homogenizer
pressure, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control system by
changing to proportional valves.
- Pneumatic operating Homogenizer
The pneumatic control system is developed for the homogenizer, and
it is easy to upgrade to remo.
Checking valve: the conical valve is applicable for the most
product material. The valve material can vary according to
customer’s requirement for different working condition or CIP
cleaning. The ball valve is applicable for product material of high
Homogenizing valve: made of tungsten – Cobalt – Titanium alloy or
erosion-resisting cemented carbide. It is applicable for 0-1000 bar
homogenizing pressure and CIP cleaning.
Sealing: packing seal and V-section seal are available for
different homogenized materials.
Plunger: Made of erosion-resisting stainless steel hardened smooth
surface to achieve long life practice in dairy demonstrates that
the life is 6000-10000 hours.
