    Industrial Cooling Equipment

    Working Principle
    The working fluid (pure water or other liquid) is circulated in the coil pipe of the closed cooling tower, and the heat of the pipe wall is discharged out of the machine through the blower fan at the top after the fluid heat is absorbed by the pipe wall of the coil pipe. When the fluid temperature is higher (exceeds the set temperature), the spray system is automatically started, the spray water forms the water film on the muggy pipe wall and changes into the water vapor after heat absorption and evaporation, and is taken away by the flowing air, and the water droplets which are not evaporated fall in the water collection trough and are circulated for use. The fluid in the coil pipe is circulated in a closed way, so the consumption is very low, and the spray water consumption is only 1 2of the unit flow.
    Selection Method
    First, calculate the heat Qs (kcal/h) generated by the equipment operated with full load, and then find the cooling capacity of the corresponding cooling tower according to the technical parameters of the cooling tower. For the correct selection, the relevant data which make the equipment generate heat shall be mastered as much as possible, for example, the reactive power of the equipment when generating heat, the normal temperature-rise range of the circulating water flow, the local ambient wet bulb temperature, etc.
    Under common environmental conditions, we can calculate the heat generated by the equipment operation with the following simple method:

    1: Qs: Flow (L / H) x Fluid Specific Heat x Temperature Rise

    2: Qs: Reactive Power of Equipment Operation x 860 (Heat Transfer Coefficient)

    3: Qs: Quenching Workpiece Output (ks / h) x Working Heat Capacity

    4: Qs: Take the Two-time Adjustment Data + Actually Used Empirical Value as the basic reference of selection.
    Note: The heat dissipating capacity of the cooling tower is closely related to the local ambient wet bulb temperature in different areas and different environmental conditions. If there are corresponding changes in the designed exhaust air rate and the spray water flow of the cooling tower, it is not otherwise notified.
